It is a Beautiful, Wood Grained Textured Cladding. It is Saturated with resin, waxes and zinc - which Repels fungal decay and all weather conditions. You also have the option to select from a range of colours. The EcoClad is Guaranteed to last the lifetime of your building. It is Extremely strong & durable – resists chipping, cracking, peeling and fading.

It's a single continuous piece EPDM rubber roof with no joints to ensure zero chance of water ingress. It is guaranteed for 30 years!

The insulation Reflects up to 96% of Radiant Energy and also has a High Performing Vapour Control Layer, which prevents condensation. The Roof, Walls and Floor are insulated with EcoQuilt; a 15mm thick product that is equivalent to 50mm of Rigid Board / 100mm of Mineral Wool. EcoTec Floor Foam is also added as an additional layer of insulation to the Floor, which is a 4mm dense foam insulation, that prevents cold bridging and draughts. The insulation system has been designed specifically for the EcoStudio to maximise energy saving. It also ensures you can enjoy a building that is warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

The MDF Cladding is Moisture resistant W22 MDF creating a contemporary and extremely durable internal finish. It also won't crack like plasterboard does and it can be painted colour of choice when installed! It is designed to easily allow you to screw into to fit hardware such as TV brackets, shelving etc.

You will have a choice from an extensive range of Premium laminate flooring of varying colours and designs to suit your taste. All our laminate floors are robust, durable and built to last. However, for your peace of mind we ensure a spare replacement board is left on site.

You will have installed absolutely everything required. This includes Interior spotlights, External canopy spotlights, External up/down wall lights, Internal double switches, Internal double light switch, Brushed steel fittings, complete with Low energy LED bulbs. Should you require sockets placing in a specific location e.g. behind a wall mounted TV, our Project Manager will work with you to accommodate this at no extra cost, absolutely everything is included with no hidden costs!

We supply UPVC French doors and full height windows in either white or grey as standard with the option of vertical window openers to suit your taste. These are a Secured by Design approved system. They are UK-manufactured 28mm Argon Filled double glazed units with a 10 year guarantee on all components. The EcoStudio windows are Thermally efficient with the lowest U-value of 0.8 W/m2K achievable.
