Designed to wrap securely around drums, these heaters provide controlled, even heating to help reduce viscosity, prevent contents becoming too cold and make liquids easier to pour, pump or process.

Choose from 200W or 300W heaters for smaller drums, or a powerful 1,100W drum heater for 200–220L drums.

200–220L Drum Heater Jackets

For standard industrial drums, our 1,100W heater jackets provide controlled heating across the drum surface.

Choose from:

• Analogue 110V
• Analogue 240V
• Digital 240V

All 200–220L options feature:

• 1,100W heating output
• 0–90°C thermostat range
• Adjustable circumference: 1,800–1,950mm
• Jacket height: 850mm
• Indicative heating rate: 3–5°C per hour

The analogue models can operate in ambient temperatures from −20°C to +40°C, while the digital version is designed for environments from 0°C to +40°C.

Which Drum Heater Do I Need?

Choose the 200W model for gentle warming, frost protection and maintaining temperature.

Choose the 300W model when you need faster heating or higher working temperatures.

Choose the 1,100W model for larger 200–220L drums and select the voltage and controller that best suit your application.

Controlled, Even Drum Heating

The insulated jacket wraps around the drum to distribute heat across a large surface area, helping provide more consistent heating than a concentrated heat source.

Please note that the 0–90°C thermostat range refers to the heater control setting. Actual contents temperature and heating time will depend on the material, drum size, starting temperature and surrounding conditions.

All models are intended for indoor use. An additional weatherproof cover is required for outdoor applications.
