TrioQuilt 0.15 Roof Insulation System

Meet current roof insulation requirements with the TrioQuilt 0.15 Roof Insulation System. Designed for pitched and flat roofs, this complete three layer solution achieves a U Value of 0.15 while reducing installation time, material costs and overall insulation depth.

Ideal for extensions and refurbishment projects, TrioQuilt combines YBS SuperQuilt with EcoLoft Non Itch insulation to create a high performance alternative to rigid PIR boards.

What Is Included in the TrioQuilt System?

The TrioQuilt system combines:

2 layers of YBS SuperQuilt, supplied in 1.5m x 10m rolls covering 15m² each

1 layer of 100mm EcoLoft Non Itch insulation, covering 9.12m² per pack and available in 380mm or 570mm widths

Thermaseal Foil Joining Tape for sealing joints and creating a continuous vapour control layer

Recommended TrioQuilt Installation

Pitched Roof Installation

Install the breather membrane, tile battens and roof covering externally.

Fit 100mm EcoLoft Non Itch centrally between the rafters.

Staple the first layer of SuperQuilt taut beneath the rafters.

Fix 25mm battens beneath the first layer.

Install the second layer of SuperQuilt beneath the battens.

Fix a further layer of 25mm battens.

Finish internally with standard plasterboard.

This installation method is based on pitched roofs with rafters of 150mm or greater.
