YBS Pipe Clips for Multifoils

YBS Pipe Clips are designed to recess multifoil insulation between floor joists while also securing underfloor heating pipes in place.

They help create a consistent air cavity around the insulation, which is important for achieving optimum thermal performance from reflective multifoil products.

How Do YBS Pipe Clips Work?

YBS Pipe Clips are quick and simple to install. Each clip is secured with a single nail and fits over timber joists approximately 50mm wide.

The clips recess the multifoil insulation by 54mm, helping maintain a consistent air gap across the floor.

Using Pipe Clips can remove the need for additional timber battens, allowing you to make better use of the available floor depth.

This can help reduce installation time, material costs and the overall space required for the insulation system.

Ideal for Underfloor Heating

YBS Pipe Clips are designed to hold underfloor heating pipes securely above the multifoil insulation.

The reflective foil surface helps direct heat back towards the room rather than allowing it to escape through the floor, making multifoil insulation well suited to underfloor heating applications.
