EcoQuilt65 Insulation

EcoQuilt65 is our highest performing multifoil insulation, designed for roofs, walls, floors and ceilings. Its 19 layer construction provides excellent thermal performance while also helping control condensation and moisture.

High Performance Multifoil Insulation

EcoQuilt65 combines recycled loft insulation, reflective PET and reinforced foil layers to deliver high thermal performance in a compact 65mm product.

It can provide thermal performance equivalent to approximately 180mm of mineral wool or 90mm of PIR insulation, making it an ideal solution where space is limited.

Thermal Performance

EcoQuilt65 has a core R value of 2.040m²K/W based on in house testing to the principles of EN 12667:2001.

Performance varies by application:

Pitched or flat roofs: R value up to 2.94m²K/W

Timber frame and stud walls: R value up to 3.38m²K/W

Floors: R value up to 4.73m²K/W

2-in-1 Insulating Vapour Control Layer

EcoQuilt65 provides thermal insulation while also helping control vapour and condensation. When correctly installed and sealed with foil tape, it can provide an effective vapour control layer, helping protect the building from moisture.
